| 在自然環境中(室內、外)都有某個程度的紫外線UVA、UVB(波長280~400nm，來自陽光、照明燈，以及相關光設備。對於聚合塑料在紫外線長期照射下，短期、長期照射對塑料是有傷害的，如UVA-1(波長340~400nm)跟UVA-2(波長320~340nm)，尤其UVA-1穿透力最強，傷害最為嚴重。
抗UV母粒 系列產品可防止塑料，暴露在UV紫外線光線中，減緩光照射所造成之黃化，同時維持機械性質，保護塑料高分子的相關物理特性。也有效防止塑料在加工及儲存過程中，會受到光、熱、氧化的作用(含一次抗氧化，二次抗氧化)，使塑料物性降低、老化，或相關因素而產生變黃、劣化或退色現象，能確保塑料加工穩定及長期使用性。
In the natural environment (indoor and outdoor), there are UVA and UVB (wavelength 280~400nm) from sunlight, lighting lamps, and related light equipment. For polymer plastics exposed to ultraviolet rays, short-term and long-term exposure is harmful to plastics, such as UV-1 (wavelength 340~400) and UV-2 (wavelength 320~340). In particular, UV-1 has the highest penetrating power and the most severe injuries.
Anti-UV masterbatch series products can prevent plastics from being exposed to UV light, slow down the yellowing caused by light irradiation, maintain mechanical properties, and protect the relevant physical properties of plastic polymers. It also effectively prevents plastics from being exposed to light, heat, and oxidation during processing and storage (including primary anti-oxidation and secondary anti-oxidation). It will reduce the physical properties of plastics, age, or cause yellowing, deterioration, or fading due to associated factors and ensure the stability of plastic processing and long-term use. |
| 應用Application |
| 可添加於塑料中，包括後段複合混合添加或前段複合聚合添加的方式，或者是射出前預拌，能均勻分散於塑料中，表現它的優異特性。
It can be added to plastics, including the way of compound mixing in the back-end or compound polymerization in the front-end, or pre-mixing before injection. It can be evenly dispersed in the plastic, showing its excellent characteristics. |

| 添加量為外加4~8%，依抗UV要求可酌量添加，在高添加量時，影響塑料相關物性不大。
